Vagamon is a hill station located in Kottayam-Idukki border of Idukki district in Kerala, at an elevation of 3100 feet above MSL, known as “SCOTLAND OF ASIA”, was discovered by the Britishers who found the place ideal for tea plantations and they were followed by Christian missionaries who built their abode of service at Kurisumala in Vagamon. Cool mountain air, lush green meadows and tea estates. A chain of three hills-Thangal para, Murugan hills and Kurusumala represent three major religions marks their harmony. Tropical climate – 10oc to 31oc temperature.

Group owns Hotels, Resorts Cinema Halls, Coffee estates etc. The Estate Bungalow located ad mist in tea garden built by Britishs planter in 1927 – 28 by the Chiefs of Vaghamon (Travancore) Tea company Mr. Hammonds and Mr.Gardenier. This Bungalow is situated inside 2000 acres of Tea, Cardamom and CoffeePlantation at an elevation of 3100 feet above sea level. Built in rubble and clay mortar, walls are of 18thickness plastered time mix plaster.
The wooden floors gives warmth during winter season and coolness in summer, are fixed 3.5 feet above the ground level shows the unique design and British Architectural excellence. The arresting view through the windows looks over the lush green tea plantations and rocky mountain ranges of Western Ghats, is an spectacular experience. “The blend of man and nature.”
